The journalist of Without script pronounced on the controversial statements of Dina Boluarte where he attacks the Inter -American Court of Human Rights (IDH cut), and announces that it will not allow the intervention of the IACHR and that it will support the law that seeks the amnesty for the police and military accused of crimes against humanity.
“Dina Boluarte is already missing before the IdH court. He knows perfectly that the 50 dead they have will end up judging, and if there is no justice in Peru for them, there will be in the Inter -American Court (…) is supporting the executors, the police and military who shot by order of her killing 50 people,” said the driver.
Palacios added that by ignoring the resolutions of the Court, it would make us countries such as Nicaragua, Venezuela and Cuba, the countries mentioned in Boluarte in their speech. “That is facism, that unites them. The violation of fundamental rights for their own benefit,” he said.
He added: “Dina Boluarte, supposedly from the left, as Maduro, as Ortega in Nicaragua, wants to ignore the validity of the human rights of all Peruvians because it is not politically suited.”
Interior Minister also attacks the IdH Court
After Carlos Malayer rejected the application of the IDH Court to apply the law approved by Congress in favor of the amnesty to military and police officers responsible for crimes during the armed conflict, he said that the entity “cannot mark the pattern, cannot say what to do.”
