At the request of the Public Ministry, the dancer Ronald Rengifo Sifontes León (39) was sentenced to 30 years in prison, for exercising sexual violence against two adolescents aged 13 and 15, a fact that took place on March 23, 2023 in the Caujarito neighborhood of San Fernando de Apure.
In the afternoon of that day, Sifontes León went to a house with both victims after a dance class, with the excuse of requesting a glass of water.
Once in the place, he entered the residence of the child under 15, while the other remained on the outside.
After several minutes, the young girl entered and realized that her partner was abused by the dancer, at which time the man took her sharply and forced her to take off her clothes and abuse her equally vaginal.
After the event, the man immediately left the place. Subsequently, the 13 -year -old teenager told a friend what happened with the dancer, so she informed the parent, who came to officials of the Corps of Scientific, Criminal and Criminal Investigations (Cicpc) to file the respective complaint.
After investigation, the man was arrested and placed at the order of the Public Ministry, he refers to press release.
During the trial, the 8th Prosecutor’s Office of that jurisdiction ratified the accusation against the dancer for the crime of sexual violence against adolescent, provided for in the Organic Law on the Law of Women to a life free of violence.
Once the evacuation elements concerning the case, the 1st trial court of that entity issued the 30 -year prison sentence for Sifontes León, who remains detained in the Cicpc delegation of San Fernando.
