The 4th Court of Control of Nueva Esparta ordered the pass to Nirso José Hernández Marín (64) for its responsibility in the illicit traffic of weapons and ammunition, the Public Ministry reported.
Such discovery was made last April 18 by officials assigned to the Nueva Esparta State Police, within a housing located Macanao.
When he was arrested and checked, Hernández had a Taurus PT 917CS pistol with his 15 -bullet charger .9 mm. And inside his home, Hernández kept two shotguns: Covaveca and Mossberg, says the bulletin.
Similarly, after removing a mound of land within the Sexagenario domicile, an AR-15 rifle was found with containing loaders of a total of 61 56 Cavim 5.56 caliber bullets. As a result of such findings, Hernández was apprehended in flagrance to be made available to the Public Ministry.
The 4th Prosecutor’s Office of Nueva Esparta ratified, at the preliminary hearing, the accusation against the fisherman for the Illicit Traffic Commission of Weapons of War and ammunition, said the bulletin.
