Judge Yanibet Rivas issued a Economic guarantee of RD $ 200,000 in cash.
In the complaint filed by the official, Jorge is accused of violating articles 21 and 22 of Law 53-07 on high-tech crimes and crimes and article 367 of the Dominican Criminal Code. In the instance it is argued that the accusations disseminated by Jorge are injurious and lacking foundation, with the apparent objective of damaging the reputation of the minister.
