Number of reimbursement by the INSS will reach 1.2 million until July 31

The minister stated that the number of retirees and pensioners who will receive back the discounted amount will rise to 1,238,779 by the end of the month. This is equivalent to 91.4% of adhesions to the reimbursement agreement. “It’s a lot in less than ten days,” said the minister.

So far, the INSS has reported 1,354,616 insured have joined the reimbursement agreement, which equals 58.1% of the people apt. According to the agency, 2,330,094 reported that they received improper discounts from retirees and pensioners entities and were not reimbursed by the associations, a requirement to join the agreement.

The reimbursement will cost R $ 3.3 billion to the government in open credits for provisional measure. Because it is extraordinary credits, the money is out of the tax framework and will not count to meet the targets of primary result or government spending limit.

1. Access the my INSS application with CPF and password;

2. Go to “consult orders” and click “Comply with” on each request (if there is more than one);

3. Roll the screen to the last comment, read carefully and, in the field “I accept”, select “Yes”;

4. Click “Send” and you’re done. Then just wait for the payment

1. The beneficiary records the contestation of the improper discount;

2. Wait 15 business days for the entity to respond;

3. If there is no response within this time, the system opens the option to join the reimbursement agreement.
