The Ministry of Commerce will have to answer questions such as: “What previous economic studies support the creation of the special economic zone on the border? What are the main results of these studies and how the risks and potential benefits for the economies of the border regions have been evaluated? What concrete benefits is expected to generate the memorandum of understanding in terms of commercial exchange, in the short, medium and long term? ”, Among others.
