Sheinbaum and Brugada announce the construction of tlalpan-coyoacán cables

“Cablebus is a territorial justice action for those who have less, because it is a safe, clean, silent, fast transportation that helps transport people who have long dreamed – so I say it, literally – with flying and quickly reaching their works and jobs,” said the head of government, Clara Brugada.

The Government of Mexico will put the money for the construction of the new cablebus line, while the capital government will take care of the execution of the works.

Sheinbaum said that during his management the Mexico-Toluca interurban train will be completed, a work launched in the six-year period of Enrique Peña Nieto, in addition to expanding line 12 of the Metro to Observatory.

He also promised to give resources for the rehabilitation of the line to Pantitlán-La Paz del Metro, which connects the capital with the east of the State of Mexico.

“We are going to support Clara to improve the subway, particularly an investment in line A of the Metro and in everything that the city needs,” said the president in the Deportivo ‘General Rodolfo Sánchez Taboada’ in Tlalpan.

What will be the Tlalpan-Coyoacán cablebus route?

The new line will be composed of eight stations, will allow the connection with Metro Line 3, Line 1 of the Metrobús and Line 12 of the Tolebús, in addition to reducing the transfer time for people by about 45%.
