Legal sources informed Efe that section 30 of the Provincial Court of Madrid condemns him, in relation to the 2014 fraud, also to a fine 386,361.93 euros and the loss of the possibility of obtaining public aid or subsidies and the right to enjoy tax or social security benefits or incentives for three years.
Although it has been acquitted of an alleged fraud in IRPF in 2015, the court establishes that civil liability derived from the penalty is declared in favor of the Public Treasury for an amount of 386,361.93 euros.
The prosecution accused the current Brazilian coach of having defrauded the public treasury 1,062,079 euros in the fiscal years of 2014 (386,361 euros) and 2015 (675,718 euros) during the first stage in which the Italian trained the Real Madrid.
