Sanz Lovatón speaks
While the Customs Director Sanz Lovatón stressed that investments such as this help consolidate the country as the main logistics hub of the region.
Currently, the firm works on the structuring of two emblematic logistics developments: Centurion Business Parksone in Cana tipwith more than 50,000 square meters of profitable area next to the airport.
It has cold storage capabilities and sustainable construction standards; and another in Santo Domingo, along the Duarte Highway, with 20,000 square meters of industrial ships intended for regional logistics operators.
With an initial portfolio in the country, the firm plans to close its first investment vehicle before the end of the year. All its developments are executed under sustainability criteria, aligned with the standards of the US Green Building Councilwith the aim of generating consistent returns and a positive impact on the communities where it operates.
