This Thursday begins the return of improper discounts made by associative entities in the benefits of retirees and pensioners of the National Institute of Social Security. In all, 533,000 beneficiaries will be contemplated later this week. 
They are able to receive the reimbursement, the beneficiaries who joined, until last Monday (21), to the agreement proposed by the Federal Government. Retirees and pensioners who have not yet joined the agreement have until November 14 to do so.
The reimbursement will be made on the account where the benefit is paid, in order of adhesion – those who joined first, will receive first. The payment will be in a single installment, with correction by the National Consumer Price Index (IPCA), which is the official inflation of the country.
According to the National Institute of Social Security (INSS), more than one million people (1,052,128) have already formalized the request for reimbursement.

New Warning Channel
To reinforce the communication with those who have not yet adhered to the agreement, banks who pay the benefits also began to warn retirees and pensioners about the possibility of asking for compensation.
“We chose safe means to communicate with retirees and pensioners: from now on, those who have not joined will be warned by the financial institution that they have a pending. This was done to protect who needs it most and ensure that no one is out of return,” said INSS President Gilberto Waller.

Adjustment Advantages
In an interview with the program Good morning, ministerproduced by Brazil Communication Company (EBC)in last weekSocial Security Minister Wolney Queiroz highlighted some advantages for those who join the agreement.
The first of these is not to be necessary, to the retiree, to spend money on a lawyer. Another advantage is the possibility of the retiree to enter actions against the associations that made the improper charge.

Let’s go after each penny of these associations that defrauded the INSS to reimburse the treasure. We have even blocked R $ 2.8 billion of these associations, through lawsuits in court. ”
Who can join?
They can Add to the agreement the retirees and pensioners who contested the improper discounts and received no response from the entity or association after 15 business days. Currently, more than 3.2 million requests from 1.9 million people have already exceeded the deadline to receive response from associations and entities representing retirees, so they can join the agreement.
Adhesion is free and, before signing the agreement, retirees and pensioners can consult the amount they have to receive. Adhesion can be done exclusively by the following channels:
– Application or website My INSS;
– Post Offices in more than 5,000 municipalities;
The 135 Telephone Center is available for consultations and contests, but does not adhere to the agreement.
How to accept the agreement by my INSS app?
1- Access the my INSS with CPF and password app;
2- Go to “consult orders” and click “Comply with” on each request (if there is more than one);
3- Role the screen to the last comment, read carefully and, in the field “I accept to receive”, select “Yes”;
4- Click “Send” and you’re done. Then just wait for the payment
How does the process work until adherence to the agreement?
1- The beneficiary records the contestation of the improper discount;
2- Wait 15 business days for the entity to respond;
3- If there is no response within this period, the system opens the option to join the reimbursement agreement.
