1. Passport Department
When the passport reaches its expiration date, it is mandatory to process a new one, since this document is not valid after its validity.

2. DETERIOR or DAMAGE
If the passport is damaged, with torn pages, spots, illegible data or deterioration that prevents its use and reading in electronic systems, it is necessary to issue a new one.

3. Loss of theft
In case of loss or theft, you must report immediately and process the replacement for safety and to prevent improper use.
