Entrepreneurs hope to wage observations in second reading

The business sector hopes that in the second reading that has to be given a project to modify the Labor Code in the Senate of the Republic, the suggested observations are expected, he said yesterday Laura Peña Izquierdo.

Izquierdo acknowledged that the project approved in the Senate is benefit, both for the business sector and for workers, as well as the issue of conciliation.

“There are many points that favors both parties,” he said, although he emphasized that the suggested observations of the sector are waited.

According to the observations of the business sector, approve the modification project submitted by the Executive power It would represent a setback, because they understand that this piece has an approach far from modernizing the law. They point out that the approved text is unaware of agreements and does not reflect the principles of balance and sustainability that the country requires.
