The Municipality of Lima hired directly to the producer Tutuma production SAC for S/ 3 million 200 thousand to carry out the International Opera and Zarzuela 2025 season, which will take place at the Municipal Theater of Lima.
According to information from Supervisory Agency for State Hiring (OSCE), the producer will be in charge of providing the event production service for the development of this international season.

The contract also contemplates that the producer will be in charge of multiple technical and artistic aspects, including musical transcript, choir and orchestra address, musical direction, scenography, props, costumes, essays and accessories, as detailed in the terms of reference to which the Republic accessed.
This media communicated with the former Minister of Culture, Alejandro Salaswho said that the service is overvalued and does not conform to the reality of the market.
In that line he criticized that the management of Rafael López Aliaga is characterized by hiring “finger”, so he recommended that the Comptroller investigate the process.
“That does not fit the reality of the market. It is too exaggerated for the days they are hiring. The Comptroller has to observe the process, because there has been a market study. Aliaga’s management is getting used to hiring directly; he says it is because of the bureaucracy, but that is not right. (…) It is an overrated amount,” said the former minister.
