Erika Gutiérrez is the founder of Lateral, an entrepreneurship that was recognized by the World Entrepreneurship Congress with the Champion Founder Award and talked with Guido Sánchez Yábar in the Emprende program yes or yes, about the story behind this and other ventures that he has carried out.
“I come from parents who made an entrepreneurship, a travel agency and my father’s desire was for me to undertake, but I didn’t want to do it at that time,” Gutierrez said.
What changed? The CEO of Lateral explained that after working in the financial sector, it noticed an innovation capacity that made it work in different areas, but over time it had a dilemma.
“How do I balancing my professional life with my family life, my children, sharing with them?” He wondered. Then he dared to change, bringing a franchise for children to learn to play science.
