The relatives of the presiding judge of the Labor Court of La Vega province, Eladio Antonio Miguel Perez, request blood O negative to be donated to the magistrate who are in a delicate state of health, after being hit by a bullet.

The magistrate would have been admitted to a health center this Saturday after he was shot with a firearm in a confusing incident of which, so far, two versions are handled, the first is that it is an apparent suicide attempt and the second is that the shot occurred accidentally.

According to unconfirmed preliminary versions, Pérez would have tried to take the firearm that was in the back of his vehicle, at which time it accidentally fired. Also, it has been said that Eladio Pérez is brain dead, again; without this information having been confirmed by relatives, doctors or any authority of the Judicial Power.

So far, the medical team that provides care to the magistrate has revealed that his state of health is delicate, but they have not offered more details about his conditions.

The fact keeps the legal community of La Vega dismayed, and some of their colleagues have gone ahead to rule out the hypothesis of the alleged suicide that circulates in some media until the authorities or relatives of the shooting victim shed light on what happened.
