This Saturday, the Ministry of Health registered 416 new cases of Covid-19 nationwide. In Santa Cruz alone, 263 infections were reported in the last 24 hours.
The official report indicates that Santa Cruz was the only department that exceeded one hundred cases. La Paz registered 64 positives; Cochabamba, 35; Chuquisaca, 16; Beni, 13; Potosi, 10; Oruro, eight; Tarija, seven. Pando did not register new infections.

This Saturday, 1,348 people defeated the virus, for a total of 797,168 recovered. Meanwhile, active cases amount to 76,338. Since the start of the pandemic, the country has recorded 894,967 positive cases.
With the six deaths reported in the last 24 hours, the country adds a total of 21,461 deaths. In this fourth wave, the fatality rate is 0.7%.
