The Cicpc reported that they proceeded to arrest the parents of the girl Ashly Gabriela Ramírez Bello (04), who died after falling from a seventh floor.
This fact occurred in an apartment located in San Agustín del Norte, Caracas. In that property, Ashly Gabriela’s parents left her alone sleeping. The little girl waking up and looking alone, looked out the window, falling from the seventh floor, says the Cicpc story hung on her Instagram site.
Neighbors helped the child and took her to the José María Vargas hospital where she entered without vital signs.
The detainees were identified as Jeiranyela Gabriela Bello Rojas (29) and Yeisson Omar Ramírez Nieves (27), who were delivered to the Public Ministry.
