Abel Isaac Rodríguez Yaranga (31), internal to the Huamancaca Chico prison, was found lifeless on Monday afternoon by security personnel during a routine round. The health area of the establishment confirmed its death, and the authorities coordinated the lifting of the body.
Prosecutor Katherine Guerrero, from the Provincial Prosecutor of Chupaca, ordered the transfer of the body to the Morgue de Hualhuas, where the necropsy will be performed to clarify the causes of his death.
Rodríguez was arrested in September 2020 at El Tambo, after being accused of trying to violate a 19 -year -old girl. The incident occurred during the state of emergency by the pandemia, and was intervened by neighbors, police and serenazgo staff.
