The representative Hernán Cadavid questioned the actions of the judicial officer and said that he seems to be acting as President Gustavo Petro’s lawyer and not as a magistrate of a high corporation.

“Judge Vladimir Fernández is missing all the duties of the decorum of a member of the Constitutional Court. His actions seem more those of a agent of Gustavo Petro, those of the legal advisor of the Presidency and not those of a magistrate ”he said.

According to the Congressman of Uribismo, Judge Vladimir Fernández would be hindering the process against the President of the Republic and his campaign, which is why he must present his impediment in this case.

“A lot of damage is doing to the dignity and name of Justice, which is dedicated more to hindering investigations against the presidential campaign and not to the dignity he swore to comply when he was elected in the Senate of the Republic as magistrate of the Constitutional Court. It must be declared prevented and separate from all the actions that correspond to the government, ”he added.
