Most ministers of the Second Class of the Supreme Court (STF) decided on Monday (14) to maintain the decision that barred the testimony of influencer Deolane Bezerra in the BETS Parliamentary Commission (CPI), opened by the Senate. 
The hearing was scheduled for last Thursday (10), But it was made unfeasible by a decision issued by Minister André Mendonça.
Last week, Mendonça granted an injunction requested by the defense and understood that Deolane is investigated by the Pernambuco Civil Police. In this way, it is not in the condition of witness, as the CPI defined.
By understanding, the influencer can exercise the right to non -infringement and fail to attend the testimony.
After the decision, the CPI appealed in the Supreme, and the virtual trial was started on Tuesday.

Besides André Mendonça, that reaffirmed its understandingMinisters Edson Fachin and Nunes Marques also voted in the same direction.
Gilmar Mendes’s vote is still missing, and Dias Toffoli has been suspected and does not participate the trial. The vote will be finalized tomorrow at 11:59 pm.
Last year, André Mendonça also barred Deolane’s testimony in another commissionthe CPI of the manipulation of Senate games and sports bets for the same reason.
Deolane is investigated by the operation Integrationof the Civil Police of Pernambuco. The influencer is accused of creating a website bets to launder illegal games. The action was triggered against a gang suspected of moving about $ 3 billion in a gambling money laundering scheme. The influencer denies the accusations.
