For his part, President Gustavo Petro also spoke, suggesting that the decision responds to an ideological persecution. “We will finally know Colombians if informative democracy is possible under our Constitution and our law, or what takes place is the president’s lynching because it is progressive,” he wrote in his X account, attributing the alleged censorship to right -wing sectors.
