A total of 29 Immigrants Haitians undocumented were arrested in two operations carried out in the Dominican-Haitian border area. The operations were carried out by members of the Army of the Dominican Republic (ERD) with the aim of strengthening control in the border.

In the second Operationalcarried out in the early hours of the morning in a wooded area of Santiago Rodríguez, a group of 15 Immigrants Haitians He was intercepted while traveling on foot. This group was composed of 13 men and 2 women, and was arrested by members of the ERD highlighted in the San José crossing, in the La Loma sector of the Las Caobas community.
