One of the four bodies of hostages delivered by Hamas on Thursday does not correspond to the identity provided, according to the forensic report released in the early hours of this Friday by the defense forces of Israel (FDI).
The identity of the two children of the Bibas, Ariel and Kfir family, 4 years and nine months of age could be established. However, the remains that would correspond to Shiri Liberman, his mother, do not coincide, according to scientific analysis.

Israel’s prime minister, Benjamín Netanyahu, warned that Hamas will “pay” for having introduced the body of a woman from Gaza, and not that of the Shiri Bibas hostage, in one of the four coffins that yesterday were delivered to the Red Cross in The strip.
According to the Israel Foreign Ministry, the fact is “much more than a flagrant violation of the agreement” of Alto El Fuego and insisted that the Islamist group must be eradicated.
The remains could be mixed, according to Hamas
The Islamist group, meanwhile, has recognized that the remains of Shiri Bibas could be mixed with those of another victim of Israeli air attack in Gaza for which the victim died, thus justifying that the Israeli Forensic Institute could not identify its body.
The group claimed to have received the claims from Israel by the mediators and has pledged to examine them “total seriousness” to later announce the results of their review.
In addition to the members of the Bibas family, this Thursday was delivered the body of Oded Lifshitz, who was 83 years old when he was made hostage in the attack perpetrated by Hamas on October 7, 2023.
In the case of Lifshitz, his family confirmed that the mortal remains delivered do correspond to that
Six living hostages will be delivered tomorrow
Also this Friday, the spokesman for the armed arm of Hamas, Abu Obeida, confirmed that the Islamist group will release tomorrow the last six live hostages, included in the first phase of the agreement.
Hamas delivered the bodies of four hostages, including two minors
At the moment, in Gaza there are 67 hostages captured on October 7, 2023 (counting the body of the mother of Bibas) and three other people who were previously kidnapped, according to the Spanish agency EFE.
These three prisoners are the Ethiopian Israeli Avera Mengitsu and the Bedouin Hisham al Shayed, who will leave the enclave alive on Saturday, and Hadar Goldin, which the authorities give out dead. Everyone has been in the strip for a decade.
