About 106,000 taxpayers who fell into the fine mesh and regularized pending issues with the tax authorities can know if they will receive refund. At 10am this Friday (21), the IRS releases the consultation to the Lot of the February Fine Mesh. The lot also includes residual refunds from previous years.
In all, 105,919 taxpayers will receive R $ 314.38 million. Of this total, R $ 211.85 million will go to taxpayers with reimbursement priority.
Regarding the priority list, most, 60,333 taxpayers, informed the PIX key of the registration type of individuals (CPF) in the income tax statement or used the pre-named statement. Since 2023, PIX key information gives priority to receiving.
Second, there are 17,603 taxpayers between 60 and 79 years. Third comes 4,272 taxpayers whose largest source of income is teaching. The rest of priority taxpayers includes 3,159 elderly over 80 years and 2,505 with some physical or mental disability or severe illness.
The list is completed with 18,047 taxpayers who did not report the PIX key and do not fit any of the categories of legal priorities.
The consultation can be made in the IRS Page on the Internet. Just the taxpayer click on “My Income Tax” and then the “Consult Refund” button. It is also possible to consult the IRS app for tablets and smartphones.
Payment will be made on February 28, in the CPF type PIE account or Pix key informed in the income tax return. If the taxpayer is not on the list, he / she should enter the Virtual Taxpayer Service Center (e-CAC) and take off the statement from the statement. If you check pending, you can send a rectifying statement and wait for the next lots of the fine mesh.
If, for some reason, the refund is not deposited in the account informed in the statement, as in the case of disabled account, the amounts will be available for redemption for up to one year in Banco do Brasil. In this case, the citizen can schedule the credit in any bank account in his name, through the BB Portal or calling the bank’s relationship center at 4004-0001 (capital), 0800-729-0001 (other locations) and 0800-729-0088 (exclusive special telephone for hearing impaired).
If the taxpayer does not redeem the value of his refund after one year, he / she must request the value on the E-CAC portal. Upon entering the page, the citizen must access the “Declarations and Demonstrative” menu, click on “My Income Tax” and then in the field “Request refund not redeemed in the banking network”.
