Maduro pointed out to former president of Colombia Iván Duque as one of those who “stole at the hands of Venezuelan migration”, as well as the fugitives of Justice Juan Guaidó, Leopoldo López, Julio Borges, Antonio Ledezma and the extremists Carlos Paparoni, David Smolansky, Miguel Pizarro and María Corina Machado.
“They stole millions of dollars from the USAID taxpayers money and that to support migrants, in addition to what migrants stole, transnational organizations for trafficking in people called coyotes to take them from Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, for the Darien to the United States, ”he explained.
