The Seventh Control Criminal Court of Táchira, San Cristóbal extension, admitted two complaints that seek criminally to a group of social communicators, accused of launching various publications against the Livestock Waldo Rujano Mora and then demand high sums in dollars in exchange for erase.
The complaints (private accusation), were filed by Rujano Mora and their daughter Andrea Paola Rujano Garófal Partial access.

In the complaints they are stated that Lainette’s pressures are directly related to an episode occurred on December 4, 2024 at the El Dorado shopping center, located in San Cristóbal (Táchira). All this situation was denounced before the Superior Prosecutor’s Office of Táchira, from where its owner, Dora Guerra, ordered to request the dismissal of them. And because of that refusal, Waldo Rujano went to the Judiciary, specifically to the seventh control court where the complaints admitted, which implies initiating criminal prosecution to Lainette and other social communicators for the alleged commission of: co -author of the crime of promotion to the promotion to public hate; co -author of the crime of technological dissemination of personal information for harmful purposes; co -author of the crime of threat and association to commit crimes.
