No date the delivery of Mescyt and Minerd fusion proposal

The Minister of Education Superior, Science and technology, Franklin García Fermínsaid Tuesday not being sure that the proposal of fusion of that entity with the Ministry of Education (MINERD) arrives at the hands of President Luis Abinader before the anniversary of National Independence.
