The Movistar Telefónica Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to inclusion and digital education in Colombia during 2024, benefiting 1,703,208 people through training, employability and volunteering programs.

Impact on digital education
The Profuturo program certified 53,057 teachers in digital competences and artificial intelligence, benefiting 1,333,916 children with technological learning methodologies.
In addition, 302 schools received technological infrastructure, while the School ICT Family initiative trained 9,598 caregivers in digital competences.
Employability and Entrepreneurship Promotion
Through the platform connects employment, 117,787 young people and adults accessed specialized courses in programming, cybersecurity and digital marketing.
Likewise, the program thinks largely encouraged entrepreneurship, benefiting vulnerable populations, including people deprived of liberty. More than 2,700 women participated in digital marketing bootcamps, strengthening their technological skills and economic autonomy.

VOLUNTEER AND DIGITAL CULTURE
In 2024, 3,022 volunteers dedicated 23,341 hours to activities such as the inclusive robotics school and digital literacy, impacting 73,646 people. In addition, 112,182 people accessed dissemination spaces on artificial intelligence applied to digital education and transformation.

Regional expansion in the south of the country
In the South Regional, which covers Valle, Cauca, Huila, Putumayo, Caquetá and Amazonas, 339,246 people benefited, including 296,133 boys and girls and 11,877 teachers.
The work included the intervention in 86 schools, the training of 2,534 families and the training of 16,543 young people in employability and entrepreneurship.
For this year 2025, the Movistar Telefónica Foundation offers 59 free and certified courses in emerging technologies and digital skills. In addition, teachers will be able to access 19 self -training courses in educational, robotic innovation and prevention of bullying.
