Andrea Vidal Case: APP gave irregular permits for her VIP trips and Isabel Cajo

The plot behind the VIP trips abroad of Andrea Vidal and Isabel Cajo unfolds as a maze of irregularities, where the dates of the permits signed by Jorge Torres Saravia, in her capacity as head of the legal office of the Congress – replied as a quota APP politics – do not fit.

The documents held by Peru21 They reveal that authorizations would have been issued after both were already outside the country, generating serious doubts about transparency in management.

The exclusive access to these permits, signed by a key figure within the Trust Circle of Alianza for Progress (APP), highlights how the manipulation of times and dates could have been orchestrated to facilitate their absence.

With each document, the line between the legal and the irregular is blurred, leaving the scope of the maneuvers that surround this scandalous case of alleged prostitution within the Parliament.

VIP flights with irregular permits

On August 27, 2024, without having a year in his job as a coach of the Legal and Constitutional Office, Isabel Cajo requested a four -day vacation advance between September 9 and 12.

The authorization was signed by the then head of that office, Jorge Luis Torres Saravia, near Alliance for Progress (APP), a party led by César Acuña.

According to Cajo’s immigration movement, it indicates, however, that she had already left the country on Friday 6 of that month for Chile.

Isabel Cajo’s vacation advance dates with her migratory movement would have been made to measure.

That is, he did not attend to work that Friday 6.

Among the papers referred to this newspaper, a justification for their absence is not enough.

On the other side of the river, it looks like what happened with Andrea Vidal.

On September 3, 2024, he asks for a three -day vacation advance between September 4 and 6.

But, a revelation that questions that permission role – which also has the rubric of Torres Saravia – is that, according to Vidal’s immigration movement she had left the country for Colombia a day before, that is, September 3 , the same day he requested permission to absent.

Vidal also did not have a year of working time when he requested the advancement of vacations. This, because he entered to work in October 2023.

Andrea Vidal vacation advance permission would be irregular because the dates compared to its migratory movement do not quote.

Did not ask permission to travel to Spain

Other information that emerges from the collection of authorizations of the two young people is that Isabel Cajo did not ask permission for a trip that made between November 21 and December 1 to Spain.

The Transparency Office did not give this newspaper that permission.

The Congress did not give this newspaper an permission from Isabel Cajo for her trip to Spain. This happened when she was already in the office of Congressman Edwin Martínez.
