The judge of the Fifth Court of the Judicial District of Santiago, Ciril Falcón operationon money laundering from drug trafficking.
During the current stage of the process, the lawyers of those involved presented the evidence of the imputations.
They also presented the budgets to vary and cease coercion measures.
While The Public Ministry asked the Court to send 70 physical accused and corporate entities to trialaccused of forming the alleged structure of organized crime that was dedicated to multiple crimes that includes money laundering, drug trafficking and firearms.
Request for seizures of 150 goods
The persecuting agency also requests the definitive confiscation of more than 150 movable and immovable property seized to the criminal organization, during the different investigation and interventions proceedings carried out by several provinces of the country, with the support of the United States Anti -Narcotics Agency (DEA).
He also demanded confiscation of hundreds of millions of pesos and millions of dollars that were seized and fried in bank accounts and by raids.
The accusation establishes that the network was dedicated to the illegal sponsorship of political campaigns to agency protection and immunity.
Among the defendants isl suspended dignified community director Juan Maldonado. In the case, deputies Nelson Rafael Marmolejos Gil, Héctor Darío Féliz Féliz and Faustina Guerrero Cabrera have also been investigated.

The file establishes that the criminal organization was directed by Erick Randiel Mosquea Polanco, arrested in Colombia and requested in extradition by the United States, and Juan José de la Cruz Morales (Wander, Wandy and/or W), arrested during the operations in the country and who faces formal charges in US courts.
