From then on, the judicial war against both intensified. With his high economic power, the aggressor hired important law firms, bought judicial authorities and finally fulfilled his threat of taking his mother’s son.

To do this, he had the complicity of the authorities of the Prosecutor’s Office of Mexico City and the Judiciary. Without evidence, without any basis, the agent of the Barbara Public Ministry María Fernanda García Gómez surprisingly determined that Patricio, who lived with his mother, Aída Victoria, could be in danger And therefore he decreed protection measures in favor of his father Plaza Porteous, who surprisingly in October last year picked him up from the school so as not to allow coexistence with the mother.

Maternal alienation

During the last four months, Aída Victoria has been prevented from living with his son without a legal impediment: The judicial agreement where they order the protection of the child to dad has nothing to do with the fact that the mother does not see the child. The agreement, I insist, is for them to refrain from offending or intimidating Mr. Plaza Porteous, but that has nothing to do with a change of legal situation so as not to see his son.

Despite this, no authority has forced the parent to fulfill the mother’s right of coexistence: “Actually, the judge de facto He made a guard and custody in favor of the father. But that is not the worst, but we have been complaining for several months because Mr. Plaza Porteous has used that judicial agreement to go to school requesting that the lady cannot see or pick up the little one. ”

The aggressor has also requested the Court that Aída Victoria is not allowed to enter the school events so that she does not live with the child; Nor does it let him talk to the child for days, nor allow him to leave with her.

The situation changes when the father has a family trip scheduled to London and requests an Aída agreement for a change of guard and custody because he wanted to take the child.

The lady gives in with the promise that they were going to sign an agreement. But the Lord already had everything armed and goes to Europe with the July car last year where they had already given him attention and caresays lawyer Martínez Márquez.

The fear of the affected mother is that the judge issues a decision without listening to other psychologists and psychiatrists about the best parenting for the child. He says that the judge also refuses to collect important means of evidence that would reveal the acts of family violence that Plaza Porteous has committed and continues to perpetrating.

Before the judicial tangle who attends daily with different judicial folders, Aída Victoria says he feels disappointed in justice: I am very sorry to have raised my voice, wanted to seek justice and have denounced the violence of my son’s father. I know I have the truth. But what is the use of having the truth? The favors and corruption of the Judiciary and the Prosecutor’s Office weigh much more. The only thing I ask is to hug my son again and come back to live with me.
