The three programs are: Welfare women, financial support for women from 60 to 64 years; The Rita Cetina scholarship, for students of basic level, which this 2025 reaches high school students and next year will advance primary and preschool, as well as health -to -house health, a program consisting of visits made by medical personnel and of nursing to older adults and people with disabilities.
Sheinbaum stressed that programs created by López Obrador, such as the welfare pension for older adults, delivery of fertilizers to local farmers and sowing life are already in the Constitution.
“All the programs left by President López Obrador are already rights of the people of Mexico because they are in the Constitution,” he said.
The president accused that between 1982 and 2018 the holders of the Government of Mexico dedicated themselves to privatize the companies of the states including Pemex and said that his recovery began with López Obrador.
“(They were) 36 years of a period where they sold all the state companies, privatized companies and wanted to destroy Pemex to re -deliver natural resources, oil to foreign companies and private companies,” he said.
Sheinbaum said that during his management he will seek to recover petrochemical production including Fertimex, a company that produced fertilizers for Mexican peasants.
