The lists of the candidates for the judicial election were sent from the Senate to the INE, with 4,224 candidates in total. Now, the INE will wait for the Senate to subsane the errors found in the registration of the candidacies.
According to the INE, the errors include the lack of information and minimum data required by the Institute for the relief of the following phases of the process.
They are located, above all, in the lists of the candidates of the Judiciary, since their selection committee suspended the process by complying with the orders of judges and then resigned when the Electoral Court ordered the Senate to resume that task.
Of the 955 candidates of the Judiciary, none have contact data, such as mail or telephone, according to the report, or identification data, such as CURP or voter key.
The Legislative Power sent 1,416 candidate records, all with mail and charge, but a record with an incorrect birth date, four without CURP and another erroneous, and eight records without voter key.
The Executive Power sent 1,430 records, 13 without email, two district judge candidates, but without specifying the circuit or the specialty, and no registration has a date of birth or telephone number.
A total of 423 candidates obtained direct pass for the judicial election.
