Two people died today (15) after the fall of an wing aircraft in the city of Quadra, near Itapetininga and Tatuí, in the interior of São Paulo. According to the Fire Department, the accident occurred around 11:30 am.
According to information from the Civil Defense, the fall occurred in a sugarcane field, located on Zulmira Coelho Miranda de Oliveira Municipal Road. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
Rescue teams are currently on site. Five Fire Department vehicles work in the service of this occurrence.
The Civil Defense reported that the aircraft was private and had taken off from the city’s airquader flight club to make a flight across the region and land at the same place of departure.
