Three kidnappers sentence 29 years in prison

A federal judge based in the State of Mexico issued a sentence of 29 years in prison against three members of a band of kidnappers, said the Attorney General’s Office (FGR). Through the Specialized Prosecutor’s Office of Organized Crime (FEMDO), a sentence against Arturo A, Kenya R and Martha C was achieved, arrested in May 2014 in a property in the Lázaro Cárdenas neighborhood, in Acolman, State of Mexico , where they kept a victim in captivity. They were sentenced in 2019, but the competent authority ordered the replacement of procedure, which complied with the Federal Public Ministry and again contributed the evidence to obtain the sentence of 29 years in prison and a fine of 143 thousand 482 pesos. Kenya R and Martha C are internal at the Federal Center for Women’s Social Readaptation number 16, Morelos, and Arturo A in the Penitentiary and Social Reintegration Center of Lerma, State of Mexico.
