Playing at the King Pelé Stadium in Maceió, CSA thrashed Sampaio Corrêa 4-0 on Thursday night (13) for the 3rd round of the Northeast Cup group stage. With this result Azulão took over the runner-up of group B of the competition with six points. Already the dear Bolivia occupies the flashlight of the key with just one point.
Acting in front of its fans, the CSA needed just four minutes to open the marker, with striker Guilherme Cachoeira. After the initial goal the Azulão only changed the score again after the break.
The second left nine minutes from the final stage, with a left -handed fans kick. But the scorer of the match was Igor Bahia, who surpassed goalkeeper Alan on two occasions (at 26 and 35 minutes) to give the marker final numbers.

Group B leadership is occupied by Bahia, which, on the night of last Wednesday (12) at the Fonte Nova Arena in Salvador, thrashed America-RN 5-1. With this result, the team led by coach Rogério Ceni reached seven points.

Tricolor’s triumph was built with goals from Lucho Rodríguez, Ademir, Erick Pulga (two) and Everaldo.
Also on Wednesday, Ceará was 1-1 with confidence in Castelão, in Fortaleza, while Náutico and Juazeirense were 0-0 at the Afflicted Stadium in Recife.
