According to the report by the Ministry of Citizen Security (SSC), the events occurred shortly after 6:30 p.m. on February 11, when three subjects aboard a motorcycle shot directly against people who were on public roads at the intersection of Doctor José María Barragán Street and Avenida Universidad.
Witnesses report that occupants of a motorcycle shot several times directly against three men and without stopping the vehicle. After committing the fact, they fled the place.
On the sidewalk of Doctor Barragán, the body of a man with bullet impacts on his chest and head was lying, which caused instant death. So far, it remains as an unknown.
Two other people were injured with impact on the thorax, legs and arms, so they were transferred to nearby hospitals to receive medical care.
The SSC reported that, after monitoring the aggressors through video surveillance cameras, it was detected that the motorcycle used in the attack was abandoned in La Quebrada street, a few 400 meters from the place of the events.
