The National Learning Service (SENA) announced the opening of the Merit Contest N. 2669 SENA 4, with which it will link 1,800 people to positions of advisors, professionals, instructors, technicians and welfare.

As explained by Jorge Eduardo Londoño Ulloa, general director of the SENA, this process will guarantee the entry of new officials to the entity, with 70% of the places available for open competition and the remaining 30% for promotions of administrative career employees.

The contest will be managed with total independence by the National Civil Service Commission (CNSC) under Agreement 207 of December 31, 2024. The CNSC will publish the schedule, the available positions and the results through its website and its application “ SENA 4 | CNSC ”. In addition, SENA will disseminate the information in its official portal and social networks.

Londoño Ulloa emphasized that the process will be developed exclusively through the CNSC and SENA, without third party intervention. “We hope that these 1,800 people who will enter SENA to work for our institution and take greater dignity to their families,” he said.

Vacancies will be available soon in the support system for equality, merit and opportunity (Simo).
