The head of the Second Office of the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Crimes of Corruption of Junín officials, bonnie baptistwho leads the investigation against the alleged criminal gang “The Tyrants of the Center”, ordered today the release of the 15 people who were detained on March 22 in the framework of the aforementioned investigation, just hours after the expiration of the 10-day preliminary prison term issued at that time.

“Likewise, this decision is due to the fact that in the entourage of the investigation the detainees Sergio César Velásquez Cabrera, Julio Javier Huamán López, Dany Luján Rojas, Jacinto Raimundo Lermo Yaro, Oscar Emilio Rojas Paredes and Elvis Frank Millán Mallqui, have proven family roots and without failing to point out that those under investigation Hernán Chircca Pérez, Everson Gamarra, Fausto Medrano Huacaychuco, Raúl Matamoros Bernardo and Ovidio Quispe Rojas, are appointed personnel of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo, aspects that should also be assessed in relation to the legal situation of these”, indicates the document issued by the prosecutor.
