“Likewise, this decision is due to the fact that in the entourage of the investigation the detainees Sergio César Velásquez Cabrera, Julio Javier Huamán López, Dany Luján Rojas, Jacinto Raimundo Lermo Yaro, Oscar Emilio Rojas Paredes and Elvis Frank Millán Mallqui, have proven family roots and without failing to point out that those under investigation Hernán Chircca Pérez, Everson Gamarra, Fausto Medrano Huacaychuco, Raúl Matamoros Bernardo and Ovidio Quispe Rojas, are appointed personnel of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo, aspects that should also be assessed in relation to the legal situation of these”, indicates the document issued by the prosecutor.
