Liberating law Simón Bolívar
The dignitary urged the application of the Simón Bolívar Liberator Law to guarantee peace in the elections of April 27 and the others that correspond this year.
“The liberating law Simón Bolívar is a law that comes to help reinforce the defense of national sovereignty, the stability of the country, democracy and purpose that we are going to elections, but never this country should allow under any aspect that is intended to use Elections to Embochincha, to generate violence, to damage the tranquility that Venezuela needs, ”he said.
