President Nicolás Maduro assured in his program ´With Maduro +´ that on February 15 he will present to the National Assembly the fundamental proposals for the constitutional reform, for which he requested the support of the people in order to end the bourgeois state.
“One of the vital lines is the democratization of society, the democratization of the State so that the State is all and ceases to be something strange, such as the old colonial state, the old oligarchic state or the old bourgeois state. May the State be the citizen, ”said the president.
“For the constitutional reform I need the support of the people to turn the bureaucratic apparatus, the heavy apparatus, the anky and corrupt system of the State we still have, and transform it into a modern, human, base, democratic state. That is the goal, ”asked the president.
In this regard, he recalled that this model under construction “is not tracing, it is not a copy, it is not an imposition of anyone, it is its own creation ´Made in Venezuela ‘.”
For his part, the Minister of the Communes, Ángel Prado, recalled that in the first popular consultation of April 2024, 35 thousand communal councils participated, about 40 thousand communal councils participated in August and in 2025 they participated near 48 thousand communal tips, almost 100% of the total.
To these data, the president said that the system is perfected with each electoral event that seeks the solution of projects for the communities. “I liked the idea of the communal circuit a lot, because there are two major instances, the communes and the communal circuits and we began to add step by step,” he said.
“The goal is that two years should be organized all communities in 6000 well -structured and well -organized communes and when consultations of a different nature are made, 6000 communes are made and the communal circuits have passed to a higher level” , he commented.
