The National Registry of Civil Status announced that, as of March 1, 2025, an adjustment will be implemented in the services of the services offered both in Colombia and abroad. This update corresponds to an increase of 5.20 %, based on the percentage variation of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the previous year, certified by the National Administrative Department of Statistics (DANE).
According to Resolution 1174 of 2025, the new tariff scheme will affect various services, including the personalized and digital citizenship card, as well as the issuance of civil records and exceptional certifications. For citizens who wish to carry out procedures with current rates, the deadline to make the payment will be until February 28, 2025. Those who do not manage their payments before that date must cover the difference corresponding to the rates in force since March 1 .
The bank and correspondent entities authorized to make payments include offices of the Bank of Bogotá, some allied correspondents such as Efecty and Supergiros, and the Popular Bank, among others.

• Physical copy of the Civil Registry: $ 10,300 COP in Colombia / $ 10.41 USD abroad.
• Copy of the online Civil Registry: $ 17,850 COP in Colombia / $ 17.94 USD abroad.
• Personalized citizenship card in polycarbonate and digital: $ 72,450 COP in Colombia / $ 72.58 USD abroad.
• Duplicate or rectification of the yellow citizenship card with holograms: $ 64,100 COP in Colombia / $ 64,27 USD abroad.
• Duplicate or rectification of the biometric blue identity card: $ 62,900 COP in Colombia / $ 63.03 USD abroad.
