Rocío San Miguel turns a year in prison, this February 9, and after 12 months of his detention he is still waiting for the judicial process to be in charge of charges for “terrorism” and “betrayal of the Patria », a trial that has been dilated over and over again and in which he has also denied the right to designate his own lawyers, so his case is in charge of a public defender imposed.
He can only receive visits from his daughter and more than five months ago suffered a shoulder fracture that requires surgical intervention that has not been authorized. It is being held in the helicoid.
