The sector vice president for social and territorial socialism, Héctor Rodríguez, said Friday that the projects of the second national popular consultation of this year, scheduled for April 27, will be for issues related to the government plan of the seven transformations (7t ).
In this regard, Rodríguez explained that an economic project must be applied, a social project, a right project to the city, one of security, an environmental or scientific, in such a way that everything we are going to do from each territory, from each territory, from Each level of government, leads to making the 7T government plan come true, ”according to the Telegram Press Héctor Rodríguez account.
To achieve that goal, he said that each communal circuit must update its communal government plan within the framework of the 7T.
“The characterization of the territory must be evaluated, how it is, how we think about it, how we imagine this communal circuit by 2030, by 2054; In services, how we imagine them, as well as socially, in security, ”he added.
“Having the Government Plan and defined the concrete actions to realize that government plan, the priorities will be drawn,” he said when commenting on what is sought is “that the popular power can participate in the entire cycle of public policy” .
Rodríguez offered the statements during a tour, in the company of the mayor of Caracas, Carmen Meléndez, by the Víctor Manuel Turmero Morales school, in Caracas, where cooking and dining areas will be renewed with the resources of the consultation on February 2.
