Inauguration of the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Center in Melo: an impulse to high sports performance
The city of Melo celebrates an important advance in the field of health and sports with the inauguration of a modern physiotherapy and rehabilitation center, located in the Collazo neighborhood. This space has been designed to provide specialized care to athletes and people in the process of recovery, offering avant -garde technology and trained professionals in various areas of rehabilitation.
The Square Pía Pía highlighted the importance of this new center, highlighting that their equipment and services will allow athletes to recover from injuries or surgeries optimally, facilitating their return to competition with the best physical conditions. “This physiotherapy and rehabilitation room, which includes massages and a therapeutic pool, is designed for the comprehensive recovery of the athlete, ensuring adequate and effective treatment,” he explained.
This high sports performance center seeks to be a reference point in the region, attending not only professional athletes, but also to any person who needs physical rehabilitation. The combination of physiotherapeutic treatments, hydrotherapy and advanced techniques will improve the recovery process and optimize physical performance.
In addition, it was announced that soon a pool will be incorporated to the little ones, thus expanding the services and promoting the development of swimming and physical activity from an early age.
With this inauguration, Melo takes a fundamental step in the care of sports health, providing a first level space for the recovery and physical strengthening of its community.
The Sports Department of the Intendencia de Cerro Largo, which guides Lic. Pía Cuadrado inaugurated together with the Mayor Yurramendi and the officials of this distribution, the Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Room of the Sports Department.
This clinic works since Friday at the High Sports Performance Center in the Collazo neighborhood.
