Mario Rodolfo Borda was possessed this Friday as general manager of the Bolivian state of aviation (BOA), in an act held this Friday in La Paz. The possession was in charge of the Minister of Public Works, Edgar Montaño.
Borda replaces Ronald Salvador Casso Casso, who from today, Friday, February 7, ceased to be the manager of the state company.
It transpired that Casso would have resigned, overwhelmed by the continuous incidents, the last one happened in January, which according to experts could have had fatal consequences, but thanks to the expertise of the crew did not happen to adults.
In 2007, Casso, Military Pilot, Electronic Systems Engineer and Master in Business Administration and Management Specialty in Marketing, was appointed General Manager of Bolivian Aviation (BOA), a company that began from scratch and today is questioned for being monopolistic in the Bolivian aeronautical market.
