Therefore, protesters explained that the communes are not a thing, “they are a government within the territories. Likewise, Deputy Marcos Mendoza repudiated the words of the governor, to which in his opinion Galíndez made a series of accusations towards this communal government, “he made bad comments, ignoring the genesis of this Bolivarian project, as is the communes. Created by our eternal commander Hugo Chávez and today is strengthened by President Nicolás Maduro, where we are also more than 2 million men and women at the national level that we are part of this popular government manifested in the communes, legally constituted, ”he said.
