Since February 1, 2025, more than 198,000 members of Coosalud and compensate were transferred to new EPS, in a process supervised by the Ministry of Health and Adres, as provided by the National Superintendence of Health.

This reallocation process aims to optimize care and improve health services for affiliates. Users can consult which EPS have been assigned through the platform Affiliate consultation. Upon entering this site, they will have access to the health services network of their new EPS receiver and can update their contact data to guarantee the correct provision of medical services.
The Ministry of Health has recommended that contributing affiliates or head of family communicate with the EPS assigned to update their personal information and that of their family group. This will facilitate access to health services and guarantee timely care.

In addition, receiving EPS have received instructions to guarantee the comprehensive care of patients, prioritizing those with high -cost diseases, pregnant mothers, hospitalized patients and people with chronic diseases. In this way, it is sought to ensure that users receive quality medical care and without interruptions.
In the event that users are not satisfied with the assigned EPS, they may request their transfer to another EPS as of April 1, 2025, once the relocation period has begun.
To solve any questions or restlessness, affiliates can communicate with the National Health Superintendency Through the National Free Line 018000513700, available 24 hours a day.

The reallocation of Coosalud affiliates and compensate is distributed as follows:
Coosalud affiliates in La Guajira:
- EPS family of Colombia: 1,558 affiliates (subsidized)
- New EPS: 132 affiliates (contributory)
- Anas Wayuu Epsi: 81 affiliates (contributory and 75 subsidized)
- Total health: 43 affiliates (contributory)
Total: 1,814 affiliates.
Compensar affiliates in departments such as Antioquia, Atlánt Ico, Bolívar, Boyacá, Cauca, Meta, Norte de Santander, Risaralda, Tolima and Valle del Cauca
- Coosalud: 98,438 affiliates
- Total health: 59,260 affiliates
- New EPS: 17,550 affiliates
- Comfaoriente: 15,013 affiliates
