He National Electoral Council (CNE) has been delayed in the publication of the electoral gazette for eight days that formalizes the call to the parliamentary and governors elections set by the entity for April 27.
The governing body, led by Elvis Amoroso, announced the elections on January 28. Two days later the electoral schedule was disclosed and not in Gazette.
According to the calendar, the electoral gazette has had to publish on January 28. The delay, by the CNE, means a violation of article 42 of the Organic Law of Electoral Processes (LOPRE) and leaves at the discretion of the rectors the modification of some of the events already set by the body.

The day loving announced the date of the elections was barely informed that the parties and candidates for charges must sign a document in which they commit to respect the results that the commonly disclosed common entity. This about the songs of alleged fraud made by the opposition sector directed by María Corina Machado in the presidential ones, when the agency gave Nicolás Maduro as the winner.
Delays in the publication of the Electoral Gazette are not a new thing. The CNE acted in the same way last year when he published the document 36 days after the call.
After the presidential ones, held on July 28, the CNE did not publish in the Electoral Gazette the results of the presidentials which committed the credibility of the entity.
