The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (Psuv), Diosdado Cabello, said that the V Congress of the Red Top has the “very clear mission” to get more “twinned” and “united” than ever.
This was stated by the Bolivarian leader on Monday during the installation of the extraordinary plenary of the V Congress of the PSUV, where he stressed that “it is a congress convened from the roots of our party with a very clear mission defined, hence we must leave more united than ever , more twinned than ever. ”
Cabello stressed that the PSUV is an essentially democratic, participatory and leading political party where the opinion and the decisions that the basis of are “mandatory” for the national direction and all the members of the awning.
In his speech, he explained that the agenda that will govern for the next two days to the plenary meeting has three points:
1.- This Congress defines a methodology based on the regulations of the party for the selection and choice of candidates.
2.- The organization of the party at the level of communal circuits within the scheme of the new form of government.
3.- The organization and structure of the historical block of the 5 generations.
“On Thursday we should have the proposal discussed. There will be tables of debates and interventions (…), ”he added.
A single final document of the Congress will be presented before the president of the PSUV, Nicolás Maduro, at the end of the deliberations.
